  • Karachi Deliveries: We offer lightning-fast service for our local customers. Orders within Karachi are delivered Same-Day or Next-Day.

  • Other Cities (Across Pakistan): For all other cities, please allow 4 to 5 business days for your order to arrive.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, keeping you updated every step of the way.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free return window to ensure you find the perfect fit.

  • Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition Requirement: To be eligible, your slippers or chappals must be:

    • Unworn and in their original, unused condition.

    • Kept in the original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Items purchased during special clearance events or marked as "Final Sale" are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was received in a damaged state.
